I suggest you tell him. I mean, how many chances is anyone ever going to get to find the perfect boy? And if it's happening to you, you should take hold of the oppourtunity! And like you said, you wont be seeing eachother as much so if things don't work out, you don't have to see really look at him for a while lol. If he does say no (which I doubt, you sound awesome =]) then just tell him you still want to be friends. I'm sure he would agree. And if he says yes, then the entire world can be all happy an jolly! Don't be afraid of rejection, just do it. And again, if he says yes and you're still not gonna see him as much, I'm sure you guys can work something out =]
