I don't think I got to tell you this, but I love your tattoo! It is so awesome and well-done!

I still want one, but my mother's threat is still hanging over my head. .__.

Or I could just shove ear buds in my ears and listen to music. That's what I'm probably going to do. My mom and I want to get matching tattoos right there (if we ever agree on one ha). My mom's fine with me getting tattoos, she has three already. She just gets annoyed when I'm always coming up with tattoo ideas. And she's against my one idea that involves butterflies and moths for some reason.

Oddly enough, that's the only time I'm not jumpy. I don't know if it's because I was expecting it or because he would touch my back first, then start? I think you would do just fine getting a tattoo on the back of your ear; if you're worried, you could even ask the person who does it for a little warning each time he/she is about to start so you won't be freaked? (Ugh that butterfly, I wanted to lick it so bad when I was hanging out with him). And you really can't. I'm lucky that my mom is okay with it. Does your mom have any tattoos?

I want a tattoo behind me ear but I'm deathly afraid they buzz would scare the shit out of me and I'll jump and hurt myself lol. My last tattoo hurt so much when she got around my wrist. I had a nasty scab there afterwards. And your feet will hurt. I have a tattoo on both of my feet and my left on hurt worse than my right. And my left is a simple little butterfly (the same butterfly J3T has on his neck only I have a heartagram on the wing). But once you get inked, you can't stop. I have ideas for two different sleeves (half sleeves) and I have shoulder tattoo ideas and everything. My mom gets so annoyed with me.

If I press against it lightly, it helps but doesn't last for long. My arms aren't long enough to scratch around it, I'm too afraid to touch it unless I'm putting lotion on. It's exactly what I wanted, even though I had no idea what I wanted, and I don't want to fuck it up in the slightest. And they are. The pain wasn't too bad for it, I hazed over for the majority of the center and the right side -- the left side burned -- and it was so great. I love just laying/sitting there and the buzz of the needles. UGH. I can't wait for my feet even though I know their going to hurt like a bitch.

To take your mind off the itching, either scratch around the itch itself (never scratch the tattoo!) or scratch your head. It's basically putting mind over matter. You find ways to relieve the itch for a bit when you keep going back for another tattoo. They're addicting, I swear.

Thank you! It's honestly only driving me crazy, because the swirls itch and they itch in the swirl line. So it's not a patch of itch, but this little line. I tried Aquaphor, but I needed to reapply it again almost an hour later because it dried from my shirt. The lotion I'm using lasts for at least four hours.

very pretty tattoo. And it's going to itch like crazy for awhile. My last tattoo itched for a good week or so, it drove me crazy! But seriously keep putting lotion or Aquaphor on it. My first tattoo artist told me about it, it's good for dry, cracked or irritated skin. I swear by it and so do most tattoo artists (at least all the ones I went to)
