Awww! (Just got here from the link on your newest post.) :D I love romantic guys as well. I really like your ice skating rink idea. Don't give up hope! There are romantic guys out there waiting to do the cheesiest and cutest things together with a girl's that worth it.

What I would love is to text a guy and he would send: "Look out your window."

Then I look out and he's holding some sort of romantic sign. :D (Secret dream, lol)

lol oh I didn't realize dates were still real things. I'll be 18 tomorrow and I've only ever been on one date and that was when I was in 8th grade and it was my first boyfriend. Since then? Nada. High school boys suck. I really am such a hopeless romantic. Emphasis on hopeless.

But also, I think 'romance' is redefined in a LTR. Because the little things (stuffed Disney toy, surprise dinner) are incredibly romantic just because they thought to think of you. I never expected rose petals on the bed with wine glasses.

I think it's hard for young guys to be romantic 'cause most of them are still immature and a lot of them haven't outgrown the 'treat girls like shit' if you like them phase. Start dating older men.

I'll only be romantic if the girl is worth it. If its just a bit of fun or whatever I'm not going to bother. At the same time the girl should be doing cool shit for me too. Shouldn't just be all me being romantic or whatever.

I find guys that pay attention to the little things are more romantic...
