Rant About BVB Fans - Comments

I know it's an old post, but I just found out this and I couldn't agree more with you. And it's even worse. Since Black Veil Brides made an appearance in that shitty Pop Teen magazine, all we have in the army are fake fans that only love them for Andy and it's pretty annoying! I had to block a bunch of persons on twitter because of that and I am clearly annoyed at those people! They don't have their place in that fandom!
I understand that we're united and we're like a big family, but when I see people fangirling over just Andy, I'm like: "Get the f*** out of here! You're not here to fangirl over Andy only. Hello? There's 4 other members too! What are they? Do they count for butter?

This is everything I've ever thought about BVB and BMTH put together. Jake and Lee Malia are lead guitarists and I've heard multiple people not know their names and I'm just like. Whut. But I will say this: If those annoying fans buy the merch, I will tolerate them because that's money in everyone's pocket, not just Andy's.

You're totally right. The fanbase for BVB has become insane, and it makes the TRUE BVB fans look bad as well. A friend of mine was actually injured at Warped tour because of the fans going crazy over Andy, and how badly they wanted to just touch his shoe. It's gotten out of hand. -_-

That really sucks, I can't stand it when people do that! The only thing you can do is ignore it I guess. That's what I did with a girl at my school.

I totally agree with you, I can't stand the fan base. I can't take all the fangirls constantly freaking out over Andy instead of the music.

If I sat here and told you how much I fucking hate their fanbase, i would ramble on and on for days. Dont get me wrong, I love BVB to death, i swear I do but the fanbase is just-too-much-to-handle! Excuse me when I say it's a bunch of immature screaming 12 year olds with hormonal problems for Andy. You dont understand how I wanted to stab and slaughter all the girls constantly screaming "Andy! anDY ANDY!! HAVE MY BABIES! ANDY!!" I kid you not. Raahh! It was annoying as fuck at warped tour! Then when I saw these girls practically murder each other over a shirt Andy rubbed on him. They were on the ground with bloody murder for that shirt man. I get called a fake fan of them cause I happen to "dis their fanbase a lot' but I think it's the other way around. I went to see BVB for the music while 76% of them drooled and screamed Andy's name. (And CC cause he's my hero or personal levels) I cant never find the right words to how much I hate the fanbase, it makes me pull out my hair! And I deal with this kid at my school who mocks me, he laughs and jokes about self harm in my face. He basically stalks me and sits on pandora to writes down all the music I listen to to be like me. It's horrible. But I agree with you, you're a BVB I can deal with unlike most of them, you're fucking understanding and have a brain and isnt an immature prick. Just-....Real Fans save bands, fake fans make them and the whole base of fans look back. Wow, long reply. Okay, I leave now :)

Okay i so agree with you. yeah Andy is very hot and he was my favorite when I first saw them. Mostly because Ive seen him before any of them but I think Ashley is my poison. I hate when i say that after someone says 'I love Andy' because then I say Ash and they are like 'WHO?' I mean Andy has the voice but it takes more than a voice and a pretty face to make a band and be successful. I personally know every song and Ive had people try to make up titles and say I was wrong and didnt know songs and didnt know them as well as they did. It gets out of hand and I wish people weren't idiots. Don't be idiots and liars and just confess to what you know nothing about.

I started getting into this kind of music three years ago. It started out with Evanescence, then Linkin Park, then Black Veil Brides, then My Chemical Romance, until I finally branched out to everything. I told a girl who used to be my best friend about these bands. Her response? "You're a fucking suicidal emo freak. Let me see your wrists. I bet you cut. Kill yourself."

She hasn't been my friend since then. But suddenly in the middle of freshmen year, she started posting things about how amazing Pierce the Veil, Sleeping With Sirens, My Chemical Romance, and Evanescence were. I even asked her, "Didn't you hate these bands?" Then she told me yeah, but she realized how attractive the male lead singers were and how pretty Amy Lee was. Like, seriously? No. She even went to an LP concert even though she claimed she hated them a week before. After the concert, she was suddenly in mad love with Chester. People have asked her why she likes these bands so much and her first response was that the lead singers are attractive. Then she started claiming that she was their biggest fan and she loves them so, so much.

It pisses me off when people do this. I feel you.
