I honestly had no idea that "slut shaming" was even going on around Mibba lately, until all these blogs started popping up on My Mibba feed. Now it just seems to have gotten out of hand with the amount that are now being posted.

I gotta say, I'm just kinda "eh..." about the whole thing.

I have to admit that I agree with everything you said I think the entire war is ridiculous but I've spent most of my time ignoring it. You wanna know my personal opinion on the matter? A slut is what a cat called Little Red Ridding hood when it walked by and caught her eating her grandma with the wolf (in the original tale) so I associate the word with cannablism Am I wrong? No one really knows and I'd rather they try not to sway me into thinking otherwise I think it's cooler this way.

Opinions matter. That is all.

I think stopping slut shaming on Mibba is about more than difference of opinions. It's about protecting young girls from being abused and degraded on a site that is supposed to about community.

Whore means a woman who is a prostitute. When you say 'slut' are you generally referring to women who have sex for money because you mentioned multiple partners and that isn't the definition of a whore.

I was gonna try a troll tactic with any response I got but you made a point with this.

So... Your argument is since it has no single definition I can't use it. Could I use where instead then? Isn't it the same word with a more solid definition? For that matter there are so many words with non-concrete meanings that are used. Should we stop using those?

Again, Ill reiterate. You cannot change someone's opinion. I cannot change someone's opinion. Hell, no one can change someone's opinion. It os up to that person to realize it and do you really think they are going to when everyone is shoving it down their.throat?

And again, since people don't understand. Its about respecting one another and their opinion. No you don't have to like it but everyone cant go around and have a productive life if we make an arguments out of every difference Im opinion.

My argument was never about if the word in question is okay to use or not, it was about opinions.

It was only a matter of time before Mibba got some form of legit drama. Used to have drama all the time. It kept the site active, honestly. Some people just don't get that their opinions are not fact and that they have no right to tell others what they can or cannot say on a site meant to express oneself. (So long as they aren't selecting a specific user and being disrespectful to them, of course.)

How is a word with no concrete definition EVER logical to use? It's like saying it's logical to make up words and insert them into a sentence.

Im hoping they move onto animal abuse awareness next.. or domestic violence. Those two topics need attention and I doubt much of a shit storm will come of those topics.

All i gotta say is if someone chooses to argue with me Im not gonna argue back. Im gonna use more... troll-like tactics. What I can't stand is when someone posts on a blog just to argue.
