Exactly. Most people don't even ship what I do. xP So I end up sailing my own armada. My Andley were popular, and if I stuck an Andley tag on a story, it usually got super popular super fast.

I actually don't know some of the ships u named at the bottom. Oh trust me, ik that Andley is huge and I'm so in love with BVB, but the andley stories i read aren't as popular. I'm not into one direction so i don't use those characters in my stories. I will try other ships when i get the time.

Dude, if you were into the BVB fandom, you'd know Andley is the be-all end-all of ships. Plus there's this. BVB and PTV are two different ends of a spectrum and draw very different fanbases. So you might not know it, but Andley is HUGE. And Frerard is like the hugest bandship in the entire world. Jalex and Kellic pale in comparison to the creature that is Frerard. It was a thing loooooong before anything else was. Right now a bunch of writers are just depressed over the break-up. And hey. Try shipping things like AustinxTino or ShayleyxJerry. I feel so alone just sitting here with these two ships. Or something really off the wall like FronzxDave Stephens or Jona WeinhofenxDan Flint. Or even better, Tony PerryxLouis Tomlinson.

do you mean who is Andley? andy biersack and ashley purdy<3 I THOUGHT THEY WERE POPULAR TOO but the ones ive seen aren't popular at all. ehh

That's why I write different ships, like puentes and I even try to write weird ships, like malan, mike Fuentes and Alan Ashby. :) also, I thought Andley was popular! Who is it anyways?

You're very right, and dude, people cannot turn for Kellics (which is gr8 because kellic is gr8), I've noticed. I wanna say that it's just popular, but that sounds like I'm just dissing them, and I'm not, because I love those ships.

It kinda makes me shy away from writing those pairings that are kinda out of left field, but then it doesn't, because you never know. XD (I think I'm just rambling now ugh kill me.)

(i thought andley and frerard were actually kinda popular???? [/behind-in-the-times shame] i love them both though so that's probably because i search for them whoopsie-doo.)

i know it has nothing to do with fairness. i've decided to start writing a kellic fiction and i already have 26 subscribers and i didn't even put up a REAL first chapter yet...it's sooo weird but cool!

It's not that it's "not fair", it's just that people like certain band members more than they like others. Fairness has nothing to do with it. If you want a whole bunch of readers, write a Jalex. If you're writing another slash and you're not getting as much feedback then there's really nothing you can do about it.

People have different tastes in music and in people (and pairings).
