Yeah...I've seen some people talking about the Admins and such. I mean....they do their job! They at least try to solve the problems on here as quickly as they can and I know they have lives too and that they can't be here every second to immediately fix something.
There are a lot of rules on here but they were put in place for a reason whether we like the rules or not...they are there to try and keep order. I will say that I've often wondered if they have a recurring problem with a user who sometimes breaks the rules several times....if they don't watch out or look for that person to do it again. I'm not assuming the Admins do that but I'm curious if that goes on or if it's like actual specific users who sit around and wait for other users to bend the rules and they go and report them to the Admins just to do it and because they can.
I believe it all depends on the reporting system. If the user in question has a list of offenses, been banned before and is still getting reported, they will certainly be banned again. The Admins give many chances to users, they don't just permanently ban someone and go on with their day. A temp ban is like a warning and if a users has many warnings, they have to be watched because they have been told to stop. And I don't mean like stalked, but then their names pops up in a report the Admins take action.
Each staff member monitors their section, if they see an user breaking a rule they report it to the Admins. The staff or the Admins do not stalk people, they mostly go by reports by members of the site. A staff member takes all those reports and sends them to the Admins. So for someone to get many, many, reports on them it's done by members who seen their rule break and reported it.
I hope that kinda answers what you said. I didn't mean in the blog the staff and Admins stalk people, they only watch for their names in reports. If that makes sense.
