    I love how you wrote this! The examples & references, not to mention the point of it. Weird

    I think that we tend to believe, wrongfully, that regarding ourselves in any way is selfish, and yet we ironically are so bad in admitting our own faults because we don't want to be seen as inferior to the people in our society. It's such a destructive way of living and it keeps people from being able to reflect on their lives. :/ I love the way you detailed the differences between these opposing things, it makes them very clear.
