  • Just try eating healthier, dancing and running are both good ideas as well. Honestly, I'm not a very healthy person, but I am in a nutrition class in college and I can tell you what I've learned.
    -Don't set unrealistic goals, (ie. 50 pounds in a month) when you don't reach your goal, it could cause you to undo all progress you've made.
    -Don't try the unhealthy methods(ie. throwing up, starving), those are simply ways of slowly killing yourself, a harsh truth, but still.
    -Get into a routine. (incredibly important) Try routines that you enjoy too. It'll make it easier. If you enjoy dance, make it part of a daily routine. Don't go walking if you hate walking, you'll be miserable and unmotivated.
    -Look at labels(but don't go crazy with it) just because something says/seems healthy, doesn't mean it is. Look at fat content(especially saturated), and serving sizes.
