Well there are stories I get when the plot is based on an addict or if they have a past with drugs. I don't like it when it's just randomly put in there.

"Shooting up" for needle use, yes you're correct. I just don't see the point in putting it in at all.

I know what you mean. Like all the effects with shooting up (think that's the term) and it seems so realistic.

The only time I'll even think about reading drug use/abuse in stories is if I know the writer is good at what they do and the 'content' is realistic. Otherwise, drug use is going to result in me high tailing out of there.

Not sure if serious about snorting weed, or making funny pun about bad drug references in bad stories

If I see either of those things in stories, which is usually easy because it's accompanied by an inability to actually form sentences properly, I run for the hills, and then keep on running because usually that shit spreads and breeds and oh gods, kill it with fire!

LULZ. I seriously agree on that first part. That is fucking annoying. It is almost as bad as when the main character is orphaned or adopted and is some overly nice, smart, pretty, naive ditz.

Unless the weed is laced with something, then things might get a little weird and crazy.

WHen you smoke weed you're not transported to any other world or anything like that. If anything you just feel slightly dizzy and sometimes you say stupid shit, or sometimes you get things mixed up. When I was stoned off my ass I started talking about souls being trapped in my body when I meant to say "Oh man I feel the weed working, but I also feel my brain and the tiny shit in it trying to reject it. It ain't happenin'."



Unfortunately, I'm now known as the crazy bitch when I smoke some kush. Ugh.
