I can totally understand why someone would want to not be gay. The hurt, the fear, the chance of death and homelessness and family rejection . . .

That being said, it's sick and disgusting anyone even needs to consider such a thing. And the fact that some people think it's possible is even sicker. Studies have shown that trying to chance your sexuality just leads to higher chances of depression and suicide.

If all straight people who thought you could "switch" would try to be gay for a year, I think they'd get the point.
