Oh my gosh haha my mum says the same of me - I just say I have bad luck. Definitely "ice" and "heat" it then so others can see you're in pain!

No, no, no! It isn't at all. It just causes some pain at first while it works on reattaching itself. Aw now I feel bad.

*Hugs* That's good! I'd advise taking to advil/ibuprofen/etc. when in pain and use the cold/hot method on it to keep the swelling down but help the muscles and healing. The tip could be broken off, but it will reattach itself!

Your grandma sounds amazing, and quite hilarious. Can't wait to see the new glasses, sounds awesome. This holiday I donated all my money to an elderly woman who is in desperate need since two of her great grandchildren have been dumped off on her. Poor thing. It sucks because I need the cash, but knowing she needs it more I feel like helping, you know?

If the pain is more in your leg, it's probably sciatic. If it is in the center of your back right above, erm, the crack of your arse, then it's tailbone. Source: I've broken my tailbone and my mum is currently having sciatic nerve problems. Feel better! xx
