    I try to run, but to be honest I hate it. Lol. I'll use the exercise bike a lot or even just dancing around and doing jumping jacks works.
    Oh I love pasta so much! It's the hardest thing to give up lol

    I may just have to!

    It was embarrassing, like, can't I even hold a cup without making a mess? XD

    Thank you so much. This was very helpful. Yes Pasta a big part of my diet, and I can't exactly give it up due to being only fifteen and my mum would refuse to serve something else just for me at dinner, but the other stuff I can easily manage. What kind of stuff do you do for cardio? Just running and stuff? Gosh I'm horrible. I should stop relying on swimming to keep in shape, shouldn't I?

    KK is so much fun. tehe We usually do it at school, but I didn't this year due to nobody organizing anything. You should definitely do it next year!

    That's not so much as funny rather than painful.

    Hey! So, I've got a few exercises that may help. I took weightlifting last year and these seemed to help me lose a little weight and feel better.

    I stretched first to get all loosened up. Here's a link to a website with a lot of the ones I do.

    As for the biceps and triceps, this might be helpful!

    I'm currently trying to get into shape, too. My plan, which seems to be working okay, is exercise (cardio and strength), cutting carbs (I try not to eat many potatoes, pastas or breads), drinking nothing but water, not eating anything a few hours before bed, and then of course cutting out fatty foods or sweets.

    Hope this was somewhat helpful!

    Questions:
    1) How was yours? It was amazing!
    2) Did you see your family? I did! We went to my grandma's house for dinner.
    3) Did you do a Secret Santa / KK thing happening with family or friends? No but I've always wanted to!
    4) Favourite gift you received? A HP Surface tablet!
    5) Any funny stories to share? On my way to my grandma's house, I had a cup of tea between my legs in the car. Apparently the lid wasn't tight and I ended up having a crotch full of tea. It's not hilarious or anything, but it did look I peed on myself so I guess that's semi funny.
