I've seriously been meaning to reply to your comment ^-^' sorry about the time delay >-< I kept thinking about what you've said and I've been trying to find the right words to respond with. xD the good news is I'm over it, I'm honored and a bit touched that he told me, also if possible I think we might have become closer friends o3o
and as for you, I know you will find someone that you will be comfortable around, just enough to where you can really be yourself, and they will accept you for any quirks or perfections you have. I think we all find that friend at least a few times in our life ;D I sure as heck didn't ever think he and I would be close, I mean heck, we were just two stupid kids trading pokemon one day, and the next thing I know I'm meeting his family and being introduced as his best friend... seriously weird... I find that the best of friends come when you're not expecting them :D (sorry if that sounded cheesy ><)
Aww I'm sorry your heart got hurt but look on the bright side. You're the first person he's told and he loves and trusts you enough to do that. I've never felt comfortable with anyone like that and I'm actually quite jealous of your relationship.
