I honestly don't even know how to properly function on Windows anymore haha. It's so awkward for me.

I've had mine since June 2012, so for a little less than 2 years now, and it runs just as fast as it did the day I got it. I couldn't imagine having another windows computer. I hate when I have to use windows at school because that's what they have and omfg no. Thank god the college I'm going to knows how to work on Macs. lmfao

oh they are definitely expensive. I bought mine when I went away to Uni because I wanted something without as many bugs as PC has and I cashed in all my savings bonds and stuff from when I was growing up to buy it. the one good thing about their chargers is how they connect to the laptop. they're magnetic so if someone trips over the chord it just pops off as opposed to PCs which will bring the whole computer down if you trip over their chord. and that little metal prong inside would always get bent and then the charger wouldn't connect. ugh. such a hassle.

It's not that I don't want one, it's that I can't afford one! The laptop I use all the time is one that my parents bought haha.
Mac needs to invest in making more heavy duty chargers though!

trust me - they're so worth it. my baby is over 3 years old now and she's still running like a gem. like she said - I'd never go back to PC.

You two both said it perfect- I would NEVER go back to anything Windows. I'm still amazed at the longevity of the Macbooks and how well that they run. In all the different brands of Windows laptops I've experienced, they've always had huge glitches and such slow speeds. I could never break up with Apple, ever. In Love

I don't own a Macbook, but I saw how thin their charger cords are when I was over there visiting you and it's ridiculous. And the way they plug in is ridiculous too. It's like they're MADE to break super fast.

same thing (sort of) happened to me a few weeks ago! the part that connects to the laptop itself the rubber has come loose and the wiring is exposed. I've covered it in electric tape and it's working - praise Jaysus - but the rubber is ripping further down now, past the electrical tape and I'm gonna have to buy a new charger, I think. freaking 80 bucks man! if this wasn't the best computer I have ever had in my life I would go back to PC products. but in reality I probably had two or three PC laptops over the same amount of time I've had this one Macbook. and I've never had a virus problem since switching. I don't know man. Steve Jobs knew what he was doing but did he have to make everything so damned expensive?

I tried taping it, but I didn't want it to completely break and then not be able to use my laptop because it died without the charger XD But I love Apple too much to go back to Windows for computers, so… lmfao

Mine split there as well, but I was able to hold it together with tape!! Ugh, thank you for the well wishes though! It frustrates me how easily these chargers seem to break. I mean, I've only had this one for two years... I think Apple just likes draining my wallets. File

My charger started splitting at the top near where it goes into the laptop and I was not happy to be paying $80 for a new one. Grr Luckily my parents split the cost half and half with me. Good luck with the new charger! Mr. Green
