Seeing a therapist, although it's a daunting prospect, it does the world of good. I know from experience what with having to go the psych ward every week.

Thats good about your seeing a therapist, im also considering doing it. I always thought it wouldnt help, im starting to think i just need someone to vent everything thats on my mind, and i feel terrible telling my boyfriend. I just want to figure out why i am the way i am, and i feel like its not his burden.
