I remember at my sister's wedding, her husband and his family were all vegan, so the dinner matched that completely. It was the first time I ever had vegan food before, and it was extremely good. We had salad to start with, then moved on to mushroom risotto... ugh, felt like I died and went to heaven.

I think I became a vegetarian about two of three months ago? But wOW THAT IS A REALLY GOOD IDEA BECAUSE CHICKEN QUESADILLAS USED TO BE MY F A V E AND WITHDRAWLS AND YES NOW I AM GOING TO MAKE VEGAN QUESADILLAS
