Well, I'm really sorry for your addiction.

Here is some advice: try to not think of those things. Try to not think about cutting, your friends that you are losing, your overdoses(?), nothing.

A better alternative is music. Which, you probably listen to it. Music takes a lot of things off the mind- it has certainly helped me with stuff. :)
