    if we looked at opportunity to learn, I think the first one is correct. I mean, refusal to learn is different from not being able to, but I mean.

    I've heard two opposite ways of explaining the meaning of ignorant and stupid. One was stupid can't learn and ignorant can, the other was stupid can learn and ignorant refuse to.
