I think there is a difference. They're two different things. Wisdom is the head knowledge, while maturity is acting upon it. You can be incredibly wise but still be an incredibly immature person.

I think you can make wise decisions because of your level of maturity. But immature people are also surprising and capable of making wise choices even if they don't on the regular. Maybe wisdom and maturity aren't the same things but they definitely can compliment each other.

I agree with the comment below that it depends on the person. I see wisdom as having a lot of knowledge and experience with things. But just because someone is wise doesn't mean they have maturity. This is something I learned from school - a lot of the kids that graduated with me were immature, yes, but a lot of them were also very smart. And it can be the other way around, you can be mature but not be wise. Hopefully that all made sense lol.

I would say they aren't always, because it depends on the person. Having wisdom just means you know what's good and what isn't, it doesn't mean you will always make wise decisions.
My sister is a very good example. She is 23, graduated at the top of her whole class. And she thinks about everything and always knows the thing she should be doing, but in most cases she'd rather not do it. So she knows better, but she is still immature enough to want to chase after things that aren't good anyway. And so do I. Being mature is quite hard, Lol.
