hear hear! by which I mean I agree with you, but at the same time I'm scared a staff member with ban me forever when they see this before I have time to get my affairs in order...... that is, if I do leave because I've been on mibba since 2008 (oh those halcyon days) and just generally ugh.

The thing that bothers me is that for a creative website, it feels like a frigging dictatorship. I'm considering leaving honestly, it's getting tenacious.

The same thing happened to me on my blog yesterday. I am totally on your side with this and I'm really glad you have the guts to post about it. Things really do seem to be changing around here and it's a little bothersome. I'm kind of afraid of what'll happen in the future with all of this.

I'm actually glad that someone wrote this. Seems to me as of late that staff crack the whip on things that don't need to be cracked on. It seems really picky and choosy to me.. I don't know. Usually I'm absolutely standing my ground defending staff, but it's something that's sort've bothered me lately.

They can leave but it doesn't mean it'll change Im sure the mods could care less and shrug it off. People leave and come back often enough that they don't care anymore, Im sure..

How much did people trip balls over the harassment rule? So much so it was open flame wars and ban hammering like none other but now its over and people have forgotten about it. They've grown to accept the rule.

Like I said its a stupid rule to suddenly begin enforcing but its a rule.

There's already been people starting to leave over this. I think that's ample proof people aren't just going to take it.
