Honestly, I think a break right now is the healthiest thing for your relationship. I know it's hard and scary, but you're both handling it very maturely and taking steps to make sure you guys don't end up in an unnecessary fight where you could both say or do things you don't mean, which could then potentially end your relationship. And that would be the last thing either of you would want.

With all the stress and strain on both of you, taking some time out just might do you both the world of good. Try not to think of it as a 'break up', it's just you guys taking a little space from one another, which a lot of couples sometimes need when things in life become too overwhelming. I know my boyfriend and I have had to do it in the past when things got to be too much and it was really, really hard... But it was all worth it in the end.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, after all. Maybe that's all you guys need, a little time to miss each other and be reminded of why you fell in love in the first place Smile <3

Btw, sorry it's taken me so long to catch up on what's been happening with you. I honestly didn't see that you'd posted blogs until now. My bad.

Or you could be optimistic and he'll realize how much he needs you :)

Not to ruin it or any thing, but me and my ex from eighth grade are still "on break"....

You never know, you might be better off without him. Just give it time, like you are doing now, and see how everything goes.
