That AU was just perfect! I was hoping Elena would see that and want it with Stefan. Damon is better on his own doing his thing- he just needs to step back and let the universe do it's work with the doppelgängers

I'm literally the same exact way with TVD. I honestly just cannot even stand the Delena pairing. I'm a total Stelena shipper. I like the Damon that is wild and doesn't give a damn, not the one that's all googly eyed over Elena. And with Elena, like you said, I really don't care one way or the other about her, but when she's with Stefan, I can tolerate her a whole hell of a lot more than when she's not. Stefan just deserves to be happy after everything he's been through, and it's obvious his happiness will come from being with Elena. I mean, hello, the doppelgangers are meant to be, after all. I just hope that like... I want them to take the cure and reunite and get married and have beautiful babies. That alternate universe they were both imagining is exactly how I want them to end up.
