Kitty's Not Doing Too Well - Comments

i sent mel asks over tumblr about it, and i love her and all, but she gave me typical mel responses. i wasn't sure if either of you really used mibba anymore, and i couldn't remember your tumblr, and i figured it'd be more douchish of me than usual if i opened kik after like three weeks of not just to cry about my own life. she's started eating and drinking a little bit at a time again, so that's a good sign. we didn't really expect her to live past the beginning of the week, but she's still kickin, even if its only barely. love you too.

Petition for scientists to stop researching and creating nuclear weapons so that they can instead research and create ways for cats to live longer so that we don't have to feel the pain of losing them.

  • I know how that is..we had a cat named Tomboy. We had him since he was a kitten. He died about two months ago. I'm not sure what happened with him. He was an outdoor/indoor cat...and he didn't come home one night. My dad was the one that found him in our driveway. :( he was about 10 years old too.

  • that sucks majorly, dude.
it's always hard dealing with an animal getting sick and dying.
the same thing happened with my dog, my baby Katie. she wouldn't eat her already soft food and then wouldn't eat her favorites and wouldn't move too much or drink water, and she was throwing up, so we took her in and she was put down.
although Kitty may not seem like she's in pain, that doesn't mean she's not. I mean, Katie didn't yelp or cry or anything but she couldn't have been feeling too good. Just saying, even though she doesn't seem to be in pain doesn't mean she's not suffering.
i hope all goes well with Kitty and you know you can talk to mel and i about this stuff, goddammit
    love you
