    Ughhhhh late seeing this. Sorry.

Honestly, considering that one of the things you considered doing was teaching English in a place like China, I'd pick China, honestly.

Whatever you pick, don't let anyone stop you. Mama's gotta let you go sometime, right? I think she'd be proud of you no matter what you do. :) I would be. :)

Germany would be beautiful too. You know what I say? Get you a job that gives you a lot of money and then you can travel wherever. :) And you could bring your mom, too! But that's just what I'd do.

In the end it's up to you. There's a thing here where, if I don't do National Guard (if my recruiter ever replies to my email!) I could MAYBE go to Costa Rica through the school.

But it'd be expensive and I've yet to find a job. I worked at my neighbor's daughter's restaurant this past Saturday and got 25 dollars from that. Wish I could find a regular job. That'd be nice.

I just hope you get to go to one of the two. :) It'd be an amazing experience.

You're very right. My mom just holds a lot of stuff over my head when I talk about striking out on my own.

    But thank you! :)

I can understand her hesitation or reluctance in letting you out of the nest, so to speak, but... ultimately, it's your life, you know? I found that as hard as it is and sounds, sometimes you have to make the decisions on what you solely believe is right for you, because only you really know what you want. Whether you take that path all depends on how much you want it, I guess.

It stinks; I can only imagine. But I wish you luck and many adventures!! Clap

I know...its so difficult and, hell, I might not be able to do either because my mom will have that much of a fit...I'm just hoping I can at least talk her into Germany because she appreciates Europe more than Asia, I've concluded Grr

...Ehem, excuse my last comment; I was under attack. I didn't even try to submit that comment... Facepalm
What I really meant to say was that they both sound super exciting! And either way it would be a great invaluable experience.

Hmmm, if you wanted to get the credits done and over with in a fun way, maybe Germany?? But the China trip also sounds like a very rewarding experience, especially if you want to teach... Think
