    the only problem is that its very hard to find a way to NOT think about him. I even dream about him. But he flat out told me he doesn't love me...

    Everything you're feeling is completely normal. Everyone would feel that way if this happened to them. My best piece of advice is to, like you said, try to keep your mind off of it. Do anything to distract yourself and eventually you'll forget to even think about him. Good luck :)
