You don't have to post it anywhere, but if you post it on Mibba and participate in our NaNo threads (we've got a section of the forum already dedicated to the event) then you'll get readers and supporters, which can be crucial for when it gets challenging! The NaNo site will post updates as the event happens, including ones near the end on how to validate your novel and everything, so they should be able to guide you in the right direction Cute It is a pretty exciting thing to do, though it's not easy XD

Yes, maybe I got it confused with verifying the word count. Alright, so I just post it here and then in the website and when the month is about to end all I have to do is validate my word count when I hot the objective? I think I understand. haha Anyways, I am really excited about this since it is my first time participating.

Think Where did it say that? That's a bit strange XD You write for the whole month and most Mibbians post their work on here as they go. And you update your word count on the official site too, and it keeps you updated on your average per day and how much you need to write a day to win, etc.

Maybe it's talking about winning? Think You have to, once you have hit 50,000 words, verify your word count, but you can't do that until right near the end.

YAY! Thank you so much! Well I'm a bit confused because I read the most asked questions on the website but I don't really understand when it said that you can write your draft and then start posting them on November 20 or something like that. Isn't it supposed to be posted the whole month of Nov? Isn't that the objective?
