I've never heard of them before, but that's not surprising being from Australia :P

Did you guys ever get tazos/pogs in chip packets? Or like, glow in the dark collectable cards that formed a big never-ending picture when you turned them about and put them side by side? THOSE were the chip crazes I loved :P

Those are pretty old actually lol. I prefer the chile-lime chicharones (omg if I spelled that right). Some times the takis can be pretty strong. >x<

I guess it depends where you live. I'm in a Los Angeles suburb, which, when you look at demographics, has a very large Hispanic population. (I actually think we are third or fourth demographic wise.) I've been eating them for years. If you can handle spicy, they are delicious. Lick the chile off of them and eat the corn chip mmmmm. We also have Turbo Flamas oh baby. I'm going to have so many ulcers.

They're not new they've been around for awhile started in Mexico its a Latin American thing. That's catching up here in the US. They're spicy tortilla chips. Like hot Cheetos. You can find them in Mexican markets. Really good if you like spicy things.

Haha these are pretty "old". They're pretty popular here in Chicago and I remember everyone was upset when our grocery store stopped stocking them for a few weeks. Once they put them on the shelves again, the store sold out in seconds.

They're not new haha. They're alright though. A few years ago (4) they were much more popular here and a lot of the kids here used to buy them until there weren't any on shelves. Fortunately, they are less of a hot commodity. ahaha but they're like lime flavored, flavor blasted cheetos but ininstead of the cheetos flavor iit's more tortilla-is in my opinion
