Please learn to read before you post because I said nothing about the chick being my friend. And FYI this isn't your blog. So ignore it and move on. I'll rant whatever i want to rant about.

Not your body, not your rules. Block the person or unfriend them. It's literally as easy as clicking a button. There's no need to make it more drama than it has to be; it's just social media.

If you don't want to see it, block her. To be honest, I'm not bothered by nudity, its their body showing it doesn't make you trashy. :) I don't see a big deal, block her and whomever you don't want to add you.

Have you tried blocking them? If you do, it might not show up anymore.
