Hahah I was such a wreck because after like three hours it hadn't responded at all - I had reset it, reloaded it, etc. via iTunes and nothing. I was terrified because my mum would have been so angry and I wouldn't have had a phone. It's just a ploy by Apple to get me to download iOS 8.1 even though I have a 4S. As soon as I allowed the update my phone was back to normal. Thanks though! You're the sweetest!

Try not to beat yourself up about the phone acting up, dear. Really, it'll be fine. Try resetting the device if it hasn't already done it on its own.

UPDATE 2: I restored my phone because the jailbreak was pointless and it's been frozen for like 40 minutes now and my anxiety is so bad I just want to die.

If I show this to my mum I won't have to want anything because that'll be the end. How the FUCK do I open this piece of shit? Do I just let it die and then charge it? What the fuck is WRONG with Apple and the way they operate their devices? I'm too poor to deal with things that are just going to cost me more money than they're worth. I can't even log my anxiety right now because I fucked it all up :(
