Okay, so Steve never crashed an airplane. He and Buck got into Zemo (great swordsman, (SO GERMAN, MUCH EVIL) and they got stuck in it but Zemk wanted the plane to explode and Bucky got stuck so he kicked Steve into the water and thats how he "died". Crossbones is Rumlow, who later makes an alliance with Schmidts daughter, who I think is a mutant...?

Oh, man, Gambit. My full on gay comes out with that stupid mutant. He's this flirt from New Orleans who used to be a thief and had this mission against the Weapon X Project and shit where he met Wolverine and Deadpool. Jubilee is this mutant teen who I loved as a kid.

Also, Ultron was suppossed to be this robot that his main function was to bw a guard for those high security prisons for supervillains. He was created by Antman, Hank Pym, one of the Avengers, but sjnce he was sliiiiightly unstable and depressive and insecure, Ultron came to the conclusion that humans were flawed and needed to be killed to make the earth a better place.

I can't wait to see all these villains come into the movies. Zemo, Ultron, and Crossbones are a sure thing. But characters like in the X-Men that are so great like Jubelee or Gambit... It bothers me so much.

I honestly don't know a whole lot about the comics to have anything to say against you haha. You know your shit! I think though that if they included too much at one time it'd be hard to follow unless you read the comics. Now, as it is, it's relatively easy to follow and I think reading the storyline of the comics adds to any empty parts. Like Natasha. And Clint. And pretty much all of them haha.

I'm looking forward to watching it all unfold over the next 10 or so years. It's exciting! I hope they give Bucky/The Winter Soldier a chance to develop as a character more. And more than like, 2 lines haha.

I thought it was a good movie, but in this context I'm talking about adaptation. The Black Widow was so bad, the fall of SHIELD was ridiculous, Zola was fucking KILLED only five minutes within his introduction, Black Fury still doesn't settle with me (in the comics he's white with this military haircut and this badass cigar always between his teeth). I thought the movie would have the Philadelphia fire and Sharon introduced so much better than just "Agent 13" and ughhhh, Crossbones was a no.

And you know that french pirate guy from the beginning? He was a villain too! He was supposed to have these boots that hit you once and you were already fucking dead on the ground!

And FALCON WAS TERRIBLE. HE TALKS TO BIRDS, FOR FUCKS SAKE, HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE THIS SERIOUS, BROKEN MAN, NOT AN ADORABLE VETERAN WITH A BIRD FETISH, NO.

And god, they didn't even TALK about Bucky that much. It was basically Captain America and the Fall of SHIELD. If you didn't know about the comics, you'd be so lost. They could've mentioned the Red Room, Natasha's past, the War (ah, that's right, they're making it a modern AU so there's no fucking WAR TO TALK ABOUT).

But yes. The movie, itself, without thinking of it as an aaptation, is great. In fact, it's my favorite. I've watched it enough times to drive my dad crazy. But I'm a guy who loves his comic books and the Winter Soldier, ever since I first read a Captain America Issue, was my favorite. Bucky was great! AND THEY CHANGED ALMOST EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM. ITS LIKE WITH THE MANDARIN, WHATS UP WITH THAT?!?!

"like I loved the Winter Soldier even though it was so, so, so goddamn bad."

WHAT!? I thought it was so goddamn brilliant. I hated Captain America before I saw The Winter Soldier and now he's one of my favourite characters in the Marvel Universe. Though I guess I can understand if they changed so much about the comics, and you're a huge comic fan... I'd bet that'd get annoying.
