@ aubs Wanna start tomorrow? :)Hopefully we'll be done by Easter Sunday because I'm going to a church cookout at the park. I guess if I get anything, I could get a hamburger (without the bread) and I could make me a small salad to take with me and bring flavored water (I love flavored water)
@ Jefferson Starships That's true. I might not use it, but you never know.

@ killerariaisa I know that with some people, once you get really good at doing these detox things, it's enough for them to just allow themselves to cheat one day, that they don't actually use their cheat day. Maybe one day, huh?
@ Jefferson Starships Lol that's why I'm allowing myself one diet coke a week and Mexican food once a week. I couldn't do that plan as is And I will!
@ Join the Masquerade Yeah I normally don't eat a lot anyway and if I do eat junk food, is rare. Like, I could do without sweets and stuff, but the diet coke part would be the hardest considering I drink 5-8 of them a day now.
This sounds muuuuch healthier than the other diet. This will be much more detoxifying to your body - less sugars, less salt, less of those nasty numbers in food. Good luck and I hope you find some healthy new things you enjoy eating.
