A03, but I only have like 5 stories there. By my count the search thing reckons they have 22 of mine. All the rest are posted here, On Mibba.

BLech yeah. i kinda wish it was like FF.Net. Fanfiction.net has this coding on their site where you can't copy and paste the stories off the site like you used to.

Gotcha. They're probably taking them from there because AO3 already offers story downloads, making it easier for them.

Apparently they took the version of last life that i posted on ao3. so i think they're mainly taking it from ao3.

Yeah, I post on AO3 and that's why I checked.

It might be that then. I've only posted one story on Wattpad (Anise) and I've never been on AO3. The only other place I post besides here is FictionPress.

Do you post your stories on other sites? (I've heard it's just a problem with users who use Archive of Our Own and, maybe, Wattpad, so I wanted to know if that's true or if they're plucking stuff off Mibba too.)

At least my writing was shitty enough to not make the cut. Though that website makes money off our work. Its a dollar for 5 day trail membership ($20 for a month if i remember correctly) and an additional "donation: of a dollar to unicef. Its totally ridiculous.

I checked, 15 of mine under this username. I can't see them though, I wanna know what was taken. It says I have to enter in a credit card to register for the site to see. Anyone else had to do that? Im just glaring at the page -.-

To search is free - at least it is when I try. When you do, you can see if your titles/username comes up with results. But, yeah, if you actually try to download those books, it asks you to register and stuff. DON'T! You don't need to register or anything to contact them. Just hit the contact link at the bottom.

Yeah, my mum just tried to check it out as well and she's getting that error message now too. Grr. PEOPLE MAKE ME SO MAD.

That's strange. It's working for me. When I go to the website and when I searched Qhinn, I got two results for that name - Sextin' with Hoechlin and Enemy Lines - like this.

I don't know why you'd be getting an error message. It might be because too many people are now taking a look at the site.

I'm guessing it's only completed stories? I think I searched it right and nothing came back for me. If it is only completed stories, that is probably why.

No problemo. It's so annoying when stuff like that pops up, but it's good to at least know so you can deal with it.

I think if you just search your username (your current one and any others you may have used - on Mibba or any other place where you've posted your stories) and if they have anything of yours, it should pop up.

I checked and couldn't find any of mine (I think - I don't know whether I used it right), so I'm lucky there. But that's really bad that they're doing that. I just don't even understand why the site would do that.
