No need to be sorry, I should be sorry! I should've replied to you earlier, I'm so sorry. My brother was in a bad car accident, so I keep having to go six hours away just to get to him. But that's no excuse, I should've replied to you :(
Thank you so much for all the kind replies, and reading this as well. I just hope that Tao heals well. But sadly, now Lay is hurt :( Our little prince is injured...
Call Me Baby is a amazing song. It's really addictive. They really killed it with Exodus. Thank you again.

Asdfewgkblargh. I'm so sorry for not responding earlier, I only just found your reply (I think Mibba's playing tricks on me again). mrgun
But I agree with you so much, you explain it all so well! You're so right - Tao's an independent man now and no longer a child who needs protecting or babying. He has to fight his fight like most of us have to! Support is great, but deciding for him might be a detrimental mistake. You're so right.

I'm totally addicted to Call Me Baby right now, I just can't stop listening. Happy face

Awe, thank you so much! I did this on short notice. I wanted to get something up for his birthday, I didn't want to leave him out. One of the problems that I have with Tao's dad is that he's bringing this stuff up when Tao is injured. I can understand that he loves his son. And that he wants to take care of his son, and protect him from the evil of the world. But at the same time, Tao is trying to recover. And now he has to worry about this stuff as well. I think that it could have at least waited until he was feeling better. His recovery process might be longer now. But I can see that his Dad loves him very much. But he needs to let Tao be a man, and fight his own battles. This is Tao's career, he worked hard for it, and he should let Tao make his decision on his own terms. His dad can't keep trying to inforce something that might hurt Tao.
And if he stays with Exo, how would he be treated by SM? His dad has started talking about things that might put a bad taste in SM's mouth. If he stay's, then they might look at him with weary eyes. Thinking that they might have to watch after him more, because they don't want all the bad baggage that might come, if something happens. And one of the things that his dad has to understand is, performers get injured. That's just something that happens. Everyone gets injured sometimes. And that's one of the risks that you have to take if you're a dancer\performer.
All in all I can understand his dad loves him. But I just don't want this to effect Tao's career. Or put Exo in a bad place. With Luhan and Kris leaving last year, it's already starting to look pretty thin. And the added stress isn't helping. I just hope that Tao can resolve all this stuff. But I prefer if he gets better first. He needs to heal. And stress with his family, entertainment company, media, etc. Isn't helping. I just want him to get better. I miss him
But thanks so much for reading this! It means a lot. Xoxo.

Happy (belated?) birthday to Tao! Dance
Poor guy, what with all the battle and injury going on...you worded and explained it well.
When you mentioned about finding some things his father mentioned in the letter disrespectful, at first I couldn't see why, but then you went on to explain that it's only creating dispute between three things Tao must love a lot - Exo, his family and his fans. Which I agree with; you're right in that he should be resting and recovering without this sort of stress. Although I can definitely understand where Tao's dad is coming from, and sympathise for him there...I think he wrote such a thing about of worry and care for his son. But it could be argued that there are other less publicised/more professional/less hurtful ways of getting his point across; not everything should have to be public and especially not in such detail!
Who knows whether he might have tried to contact S.M. but not gotten through and taken the public posting as his last resort, though...so I can't judge him like that.

Loved this Tao appreciation blog! Thanks for sharing! Cute
