As a person who used to go to Philly a lot for concerts, I would say you'll 99.9% be completely fine as long as you're aware of your surroundings. Admittedly I've only been to that specific venue once and it's near Temple which is known for being one of the not-so-safe areas of the city, but it's like I said. As long as you're aware of your surroundings and you don't linger around outside the designated venue areas too much after the show, it probably won't be an issue. It's usually pretty safe at concerts since everybody comes out together in large crowds. I hope that info helps a bit!
