I'm just man, I thought those days were over. I was very wrong. It's just starting all over again in uni

I really hope both the guys we like don't remember or know what we said about them I SOOO don't want to be approached in the hallway like "Hey I heard you had a crush on me" I'll be like "YE-NO NO no no no i'm stupid no BYE"

Oh god, I do this all of the time. I was sitting in the canteen on Tuesday waiting on my classes starting and we were discussing the attractive boys or lack thereof in our year. I then mentioned that there was a boy that had started on the course this year from another campus who is fairly decent looking (and he's so nice, we had the coolest conversation during class in the first week and he's just lovely) and who walks behind me just as I said that? The boy I was talking about. He's in my group for dissertation work as well so that's super-embarrassing because I have to talk with him and I don't even know if he realised it was him that we were talking about but if he did, then he's just not mentioning it at all and I think that's potentially more embarrassing than if he just said he heard me. No, he's letting me wallow in my own self-loathing over being such a bloody idiot.

I don't know man, I just think we're not destined to be subtle about anything. Embarrassingly loud voices and conversations are 150% my forté, so you're not the only one.
