I don't want to give a lot away so I will say that Florencia was never poor, she just wanted to make her own money and not use her parents. :D

It makes me excited that you're going to write about a sex worker, but I have one plea:

Sex work is taboo. There's this stigma around it that only driggies, those desparate for money, and the like can do it. But that's not true; anyone can do sex work. Sex work isn't bad, dehumanizing, or anything like that. Can it be? Most certainly. Because of the illegality of it, there is no way to monitor it. Prostitutes and escorts don't have protections. When done correctly, sex work is very safe and very profitable.

Just try not to depict a very poor lifestyle centered around sex work. Don't make it anymore taboo and more dehumanizing than it already seems.
