Both, sort of? Like (this is gross) zits that can't be popped without scabbing (they always scab) but just ooze.

Maybe! I put bandages on them because they're so sensitive and it hurts and they're red I hate it!!!

They might be cysts? I get those a lot. They ooze all day and it's kind of gross.
