@ She Said Poptarts
Thank you! I hope you're well and still kicking arse at graphic-making!
@ aubs
Is it bad to say I'm glad? Haha. I don't want to be alone in this! Plus NaNo is the bomb.
@ raja sahara
OMG FRIIIIIEEEEEND RAVEENA HIIIIIII. I'm stalking the shit out of your stories asap. Missed you!
@ dawn of light
all of these familiar faces are making me super duper happy! Thank you! I shall try to write then. Hope your writing's going well, you gem.
@ oh bear
hugs foreeeever. I thought I'd left it but apparently not. Meebz is a nice place though. I'm happy chilling here.
(also it's super early but do NaNo with me I need a friend)
I wrote non-stop from age 17 to 21. I lost interest for about 2 years. My personal life went haywire and I didn't seem to have my priorities in order. I did things I'm not proud of and forgot the joys I once felt when writing. I'm not sure what spurred me to return to writing 2 years ago, but I'm glad I did. Although I have dreams of being published (I'd like to attempt that journey in about 2 years...), I thankfully don't feel the pressure of it yet. That is partly why I want to complete 5 out of the 9 books for my series before I attempt publication. Pressure sucks.
Also, those 2 years where I wasn't writing, I had taken a break from Mibba, too. Only, when I returned, it was after one of Mibba's crashes, so I literally lost ALL of my writing and had to start over again. That was super depressing. Now I back everything up 4 different ways. I lost 3 books that way as well as the motivation to rewrite any of them.
