I only plan on going out today that's it! And I only have to go out because of work and to find water! I plan on being safe inside drinking and writing. Ha. We may wander out tonigh just to see how bad the water is.

Just don't get alcohol brave and wander outside. My dad and his crew live near Daytona but their car is absolute shit so even if they had to evacuate they wouldn't be able to. Stay safe!

my mom is worrying and wanting to leave to go to her friend's house in Orlando (without our cats might I add). Sure Orlando is inland but why the hell would you want to go down further south where the storm is going to hit FIRST! We live on the 2nd floor and there are no trees really by us. I just want to wait this out. They aren't telling us to leave. And thanks. I'm probably going to be staying inside expect we're going out in search for bottled water later before it truly huts

Depends on how strong it is you'll get power or not. That's what we do here as well. Beer, rum and anything alcoholic cannot be missed during a hurricane or other things similar. Be careful and stay safe please! hugs..
