Hello, my dear and beautiful lady, nothing is impossible. I was treated for acne for 10 years and I finally cured it. I'm sure you will too. I can recommend you Luxe Luminous blog, where they talk about how to love yourself, how to nourish yourself with light (light therapy) and believe in yourself. I think you will find it useful.

Good evening, I'm looking for some advice. I have been treated for acne for a long time. I feel so bad lately. I feel like I don't have the urge to have natural beauty anymore.

It must be American spelling tehe Okay well you need to google Scroggin and get yourself some because it's probably the healthiest snack, unless you add too much chocolate to it XD

I'm lucky in that I really don't like the taste of coffee haha. I'm aware of fruit juices already as I try to buy ones I can share with my parrot ie. no added sugar or preservatives Mr. Green

My parrot LOVES them. He can crack their shells haha

I have a pet chicken so I haven't eaten chicken in years. I adore them too much :3

Lol snap peas? We have peas growing in our yard :D

I find it really hard because like, everyone when mentioning anything healthy includes avocado and honey and I can't stand either haha

Thank you for all your tips! I shall check those workout charts out Mr. Green

I eat nut/fruit bars for lunch sometimes when I have work, because it's just easier. They don't taste healthy haha, but maybe I'm not getting very healthy ones. I'll have to spend some time comparing the info on all of them.

I have NO idea what stroggin is haha

Oh good! My Chrome spell checks for me so I was a little worried there! Perhaps 'yogurt' is American.

I do the dried apricots thing as well, and turn to yoghurt to feel like I'm eating healthier too XD I would also suggest oatmeal (porridge?) for breakfast or a healthy cereal. Currently I'm eating a decent helping of fruit and fibre cereal with yoghurt on top for breakfast and it really fills me up and makes me feel better than when I used to just eat toast. But back to snacks, I'd also suggest nut bars or fruit bars or a nut mix (scroggin? Do you guys have that over there too? XD), that sort of thing. Some of them are healthier than you think once you read the nutritional info.

I also want to point out that yogurt looks totally weird to me, and that both yoghurt (how I spell it, and I assume you too) and apparently even yoghourt as well are acceptable ways of spelling it. So there XD

Drink lots of water. Try to stay away from sugary drinks. That coffee fix (if ya drink coffee) – put it down. Majority of juices contain so much sugar so make sure to read those nutrition labels. Not saying to stay away from all fruit juices but just to be cautious.

    I actually like almonds lmfao

So what I eat are mostly chicken and fish. Now, I love me some good fried chickens, so the transition from chicken wings to grilled chicken was hard. But it tastes so good if you put that grilled chicken into some salad. Lean meat is a good source of protein because the meat isn't as fatty compared to steak or bacon. Back to the salad, if you want you can add some boiled eggs in it with some avocado. That is some good stuff Happy face

My mom likes to snack on boiled eggs, green peas (the ones that are still in its pods. i forgot what they are called omfg lmfao), and sweet potatoes. She says they would give her a boast of energy!

For breakfast, I usually eat oatmeal with honey. I don't eat this everyday because it does get tiring eating this all the time lmfao BUT this makes me full for a good four to five hours. Which reduces my snacking habits (and I snack a lot).

Here are a couple workout charts on Pinterest~
    Burn Calories and Build Strength
    Standing Workout for Flat Abs

They may or may not be what you're looking for but I actually done both of these. I saw results! Being patient is the key. I can't tell you enough how impatient I was lmfao I also love that you can do these workouts at home if you can't head over to a gym!

This yoga video helped me get prepped for running and weight lifting. You start to build strength!!

Lastly, write down your progress to keep track of your eating and/or working out habits!

I'd say you wouldn't taste the spinach in it. It's very good at hiding haha

I actually don't drink any soda haha. I drink a lot of water, and cordial {is it called Kool aid in the US?} but I think I'll try to replace cordial with lemon slices in water or something.
Ewww carrot juice. I love carrots but not as a smoothie haha.

smoothies!!! They have these Smoothies in the US that i've been currently drinking because they are so good and I'm trying to get healthy lol. The gym hasn't motivated me so I'm trying to drink healthier and try to cut back on soda.

I'm hesitant on the carrot one but the others are good.
