    I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with this. I also have intrusive thoughts at time so I can relate. I always have them more often when I'm going through a period of stress or anxiety. I think our brains just try to come up with the most outrageous ideas possible, almost like as a release from the restrictions of anxiety. I have learned to just let these thoughts pass me by. Instead of trying to rationalize them or take them seriously, I just observe them as if they're something separate from me, and then I move on. The more you obsess, the worse they get. Just remember that they don't make you a bad person, and they're just random words your subconsciousthrows together. They're like any other meaningless thought that might run through our minds. But at the end of the day, the real solution is to deal w the root problem of the anxiety. I'm sure all this is obvious, I just wanted to let you know that ur not alone :)
