Yeah, probably. The worst part about depression is you never know exactly sometimes what you're depressed about. My life has been okay recently, I've just been very meh. And his comment wasn't over the top. I think he was mentioning it to be more motivational than offensive.

I think the comment your boyfriend made was perfectly rational for you to get upset about. Especially since you just explained how you have struggled with weight, and eating disorder. He should be more sensitive about that.

But depression gives me irrational/uncontrollable anger as well. Also crying spells. It's just normal depression symptoms it sounds like. I hope you feel better soon.
