My chapter came to its natural end, I guess, but I have a self imposed rule of 2.5k words per chapter and this chapter was 900 short. I just don’t know where to fill in the blanks. The area that I’m writing right now is difficult.

I'm sorry. That's terribly unfair to you. It is really awful and hard when the people closest to you don't understand. My family was a lot like that. I hope that he comes around and apologizes and realizes he's being unreasonable.

As far as NaNo goes, I still only have 83 words in, so I'm probably the least helpful, but I like the idea several people have of writing until the chapter ends naturally, even if you have to post more than one. I'm sure I'm not going to succeed with it, but it's fun to try.
