There are technically but he was on private property initially, so he could try to swing it to be my fault. It'd be a strertch, but he'd try.

They are, thank you! Arms He does. I hope he gets one, honestly.

Absolutely! There is at least one person on our street that I know has a terrible opinion on bully breeds. Too bad for him, that's 75% of the dogs on our street.

I hope that they either shape up or admit they just weren't ready for a young dog and work with a private rescue to find him the home he deserves.

Oh my God that's so scary! I thought it was common owner knowledge to never leave your dog out at night unattended. If the owners aren't careful that could end soooooo badly. I looked at your other blog and god forbid something happens considering the breed of the dog. You just never know which random stranger will stereotype your dog and once that dog is reported by the wrong person, that could be it.

I hope everything works out in the best way possible in the end. He seems like a sweet dog from what your saying. Just has unfortunate owners.

Because they think their house is going to be in Better Homes and Gardens one day and cut their grass every other day. They say something to all the neighbors who don't cut their grass as much as they do.

They didn't want that puppy, their son did. So I guess they don't care if something happens to it?

I've talked to the son. Everytime I see the husband or wife, they yell at me to cut the grass...

    Ah then that explains it.

Have you tried talking to them about it? Like ask them about their dog?

It was the actual neighbor, not the kid.

Holy patootie, wtf? Was it the neighbor or their/his/her kid? But still, either way, that's just stupid! You never let a dog outside at night, unless of course you can keep close eye on it, I mean i go out at night with my family's eight dogs to make sure they go potty before bedtime, but yeah, back to the dog and the neighbor. It almost seems like the neighbor is trying to either start something with you or trying to silently send you signals of, "Take my dog from me. We never wanted him in the first place!" kind of deal.
