They're a nightmare! Diet changes have helped me, too, but I still can't eat too much dairy. I can have low-fat milk and spread but that's about it. I overindulged over Christmas and now I'm paying for it lol. Over here, you have to fight the doctors to even get them to remove the gallstones, let alone the gallbladder, it's a joke. Had a bad attack last night, spoke to my local hospital and they said I should have been referred months ago Rolling Eyes

I've had the urge to write a few times over the last few weeks, but I have no idea what I want to write haha.

My GP keeps fobbing me off, telling me I don't need to have it removed, or the gallstones. Rolling Eyes Had a bad attack last night, spoke to my local a&e and they said I should have had them out months ago. Unfortunately, they had no beds available so I'm going back to my doctors and demanding they refer me. Sick of the pain :( and as if that isn't enough, my boss has informed me that she's had to cut my hours in work until things pick up :( so far, 2018 sucks haha.

  • Writing goals... you and me both!

Good on you for making the changes you needed to with your health and well being. I hope you can have that pesky Gallbladder removed asap and things just keep getting better and better for you x

  • Gallstones suck! They have been giving me issues for like two years. I have yet to remove my gallbladder mainly because I can't afford to take time off. Diet changes helped me drastically. I've cut most dairy out of my diet but I'll still eat cheese. Plus this may sound so weird but bed placement helped me. I changed the way my bed faces and it's like my attacks stopped.

I wish you luck when it comes to the Gallstones!
