Wattpad and Writing Again - Comments

Yes I’m trying to figure out how to fix the cover and I’ve see. People add graphics that look super nice with their stories so I want to play with that a bit! I’m glad that the ad money really does go to the writers!

Wattpader here! I also have ads on my stories and essentially they work like YouTube ad sense- a percentage of the profit from you watching the ad goes to the writers! It’s a nice way to keep your book free but also get a little something for your hard work! ^^

My biggest advice is to read- read lots, and engage! All of my closest friends on Wattpad ended up falling into our little group from reading each other’s work! Find people with stories that have similar vibes as yours and just talk to them! You’ll find people can be really friendly ^^

I’d recommend Maybe One Day by UnsinkableShips on there, it’s fantastic and the author is also such a great person ^^

(ps i looked up what i think is your story on Wattpad and I’d consider redoing the cover! The title is massively cut off so you can’t really see it :c I’d suggest either looking up the cover dimensions or checking out the Multimedia forum in the clubs where they have a bunch of cover shops!)

Never read anything on Wattpad....

3. How do you overcome writer's block?
By looking up prompts and agthering ideas through them.

Be A Man from the movie Mulan because I'm a dork like that.

I used to be on Wattpad a lot but still keep coming back here. I do wish Mibba had an app. I would love that.

What is your favorite story on Mibba?
My favorite story on here is The Fake Bride. Unfortunately, the author hasn't updated it in a few years, but I still love it.

What's your favorite story on Wattpad?
I have two actually. A Stolen Kiss and The Invincible Summer of Juniper Jones. They are both wonderful stories. The first one is published and I'm hoping to get a paperback version of it.

How do you overcome writer's block?
I actually haven't lol. Not yet at least. I'll let you know when I do!

Oh my lawd it changes day to day, but honestly I think Red String is always going to be at the top.

I don't have one, honestly I'm a bit of a scaredy cat with other writing sites? I dunno. Maybe it's because I've been on Mibba for so long, but I just get anxious about breaking in on other sites.

3. How do you overcome writer's block?
I walk away and leave it for the moment, that doesn't mean I abandon it completely, rather I come back to it every week and read it over and ponder what it is about it that's blocking me, and then I rearrange things, or I listen to the music I have set aside for that particular thing or research my setting or characters more.

It doesn't always work, but I've been lucky this time around.
