@ CharmedLuna YES! hahaha. that's exactly what i said to my bff. like... when i see them again it's like, oh yeah. you really do exist. like that santa claus m&m commercial. LOL and seeing them in the meet and greet scenario was even more real because they didn't introduce themselves as their stage names - but as themselves and it's like... OH YEAH, your name is Brian, not Synyster. LMFAO. <3
@ adam driver. UGH yes! tall as people are so dumb. I'm 5'1 so most have a lot of space over my head to see. But in the end it's worth it for the guys, haha. I just love seeing them live. It sure helps inspiration for writing most of the time cause sometimes I forget they're real people
@ CharmedLuna my 2 best friends were there and saved my spot, but getting by/through people when you 5'3" is not easy. lol people are so rude. especially when you're like 6' tall. like clearly i am not going to block your view, so let me by!
@ CharmedLuna thanks, girl! it was truly a once in a lifetime experience. i am so glad that i went - even though getting back to the barricade after SUCKED. but it was worth it!
I’m so jealous right now! Even if I would have bought tickets to Nashville, I wouldn’t have went because I’m pregnant and I like being in the pit at the barricade. Lol not a good place for a pregnant lady. And it was soo expensive this time even for floor tickets.
yeah, the vip area was kinda placed behind Syn's and Zacky's sides on the stage, and like a cut out on both sides so we were lower than the stage itself which made us kinda just see their backs a lot (not complaining about that lol) they came over now and then and we heard the music just fine, it was just Matt that got lost due to the speakers being place in front of the stage. it was so hard to sing along to the songs since you couldn't hear where in the song he were.. such a shame.. though now I know that for next time- we could leave the area and go down to the rest of the crowd if we wanted but we stayed put for some stupid reason
aawe, that sucks! such a shame when it's the design of the place that messes with the sound :/
@ helena_88 i was wondering if being down there affected the sound at all. i went to see in this moment and motionless in white last year and the sound was awful. it was in this old-timey theater (which was beautiful) but it was curved and it was like the curve blocked out the sound or something.
the VIP was great to have, though in the areas up on stage you heard just about nothing that Matt was singing due to the fact that the speakers were in front of the stage (i had already seen them 2 times before but it was my nieces first time so that sucked) and to meet any of them wasn't included- the two of them came over because they wanted too :) oh god yeah, tell me about it, and to have his hand resting on my side- and mine on his- during the photo he was shorter than I expected though
@ helena_88 i wish their US tour had the little VIP area like they did there. i had VIP, but they don’t stay after and meet people. the meet and greets are only through jr fan-site contests. :(
that’s so awesome that you go to meet matt and brooks! it was hard not to get lost in matthew’s hazel eyes and dimples! hahahaha.
That's awesome! So happy that you got to meet them! I got to meet and talk to Matt and Brooks last year after the show- in the VIP area- they're so frickin' sweet! though I wish that Brian would've come over too *pouts*
@ leon draisaitl. hahaha! man, i was trying not to. i kept telling myself that i wouldn't cry. the girl on the very end (in the second picture) kept looking at me going, "don't do it! don't do it! if you cry, i cry!"
i found it surprising that there was only 4 of us through deathbat nation! i was kind of shocked. but considering it was only 10 minutes and during breaking benjamin's set, i don't think they could've had more people.
OH MY GOD, THAT'S SO EXCITING! I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU, and so glad that you entered into the contests, it was bound to happen! You look like you were ready to cry in the second picture!
I legit would have passed out
