I know my own mother cares more for my brother than she does for me since he was the first born. I know if I was in her position being sick she would bitch at me or tell me I'm not really sick. I've never done anything nice for my brother. I mean since he doesn't for me. But thank you for your comments and I'll see if that works

Honestly I'd sit down and have a talk with your mom (calmly) about the whole situation and if that doesn't work, let her house get filthy and clean up your messes only. And if their shit gets piled up and they tell you to clean it, say it's not my garbage. Maybe that'll get their attention. Refuse to do anything "nice" for your brother (I'm sure he's the type to try and get other people to do things for him) and do the same for your mom, unless it's beneficial to her health while she has bronchitis of course.
