If you need any tips for #15, I'd highly recommend taking up martial arts. I did it when I was younger and it was such a good way of expelling any majorly negative energy. I did tae kwon do but I know a friend that did aikido and she said it was the same. They teach you (or at least the guy that ran our tae kwon do taught us) ways to expel anger in positive ways as well, which I found super helpful because I've always had anger issues.
#16 I feel so much! I need to do the same. It's not good for our health. and #20 I relate so much. I'm terrible at budgeting! and #21, I love designer bags! Especially anything with Michael Kors.
